All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or offer a suitable alternative.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition
• Unused with tags attached
• In original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Base Layers
• Bibshorts
• Bibtights
• Bar Tape (if opened)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Securely repackage the item with all original materials

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
