Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused with tags attached
  • In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Base Layers
  • Bibshorts
  • Bibtights
  • Bar Tape (if opened)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item with all original materials.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective:

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:
