Are your products suitable for professional cyclists?
Absolutely! While we cater to cyclists of all levels, many of our products are designed with performance in mind, making them perfect for serious riders and professionals alike.
Ordering & Account
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and saves your information for faster future purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package every “pedal of the way” with real-time updates from our premium carriers.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas. Our trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) ensure your gear arrives ready for your next adventure.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then vary by option:
– Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days after dispatch (DHL/FedEx, $12.95)
– Free Shipping: 15-25 business days after dispatch (EMS, orders over $50)
Why might my delivery take longer than estimated?
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or additional restrictions.
